Monday menu plan but a day late

Didnt I tell you Im behind the eight ball this week, oh that was last week and Im still catching up.
This weekend I will be staying home to get organized.
First up is the menu plan for the week.
Im on nightshift this week so last night was an easy night.
Mon = Eggs and asparagus and mushrooms and tomatoes.
Tues = Lamb steak with salad
Wed = Chicken thai curry in the slow cooker
Thurs = Tuna patties and salad
Fri = lasagna and salad
Sat = quiche
Sun = Roast Chicken

Now there will be broadbeans thrown in here and there as they are just beautiful straight from the garden to table.
There will be some baking done
cupcakes
coconut and honey cake
golf balls
jam drops
and mini quiches for school lunches
maybe a batch of scones jam and cream on the weekend for visitors
At the moment Im loving this quinoa salad
with cucumber, grated carrot, red onion, tomato and this dressing below.

  1. Yummo. I have a packet of quinoa sitting here in the cupboard. I'm yet to try it though. Must get around to doing that.

  2. I am really enjoying Quinoa at the moment too. We have it instead of rice with our stir fries. Looks like a yummy menu for the week!
