Honey and coconut cake

                Honey and coconut cake
150g butter
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
270ml coconut cream
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups sr flour

Cream butter and honey add eggs then coconut cream. Stir in coconut and flour mix well.
Pour into a round greased and lined tin. Bake for 40 mins on 180c

Icing
250g cream cheese
100 g butter
1 dessertspoon honey
add icing sugar to texture {I didnt measure this I just guessed.}
Super easy and yummy cake

    1. Yes Lynda its super easy and yummy. Yes they are spoilt but I rarely by bought cakes or biscuits. My Dad says its like a restaurant here as there is always different thinks on the menu lol.
