Broccoli & cheese soup
Nothing better than a yummy soup on a winters night.
2 carrots
1 potatoe
500 g broccoli
6 cups chicken stock
1- 2 cups grated cheese
Fry up the potatoe & carrot with a littke butter.
Add the broccoli & chicken stock .
Cook until softened .
Blend
Then add 1-2 cups cheese
Enjoy
