My beautiful girl is 13 tommorow

 How time flies, Miss India is 13 tommorow, we are having a couple of friends over for a sleepover

 A sugar fueled frenzy oh no = not much sleep for Mummy

 But birthdays are once a year and its pretty low key this year just some old favourites and pizza and movies.

 Taco layered dip is Indias favourite,
1 tub of sour cream
1 pkt taco seasoning mix
tub of cherry tomatoes chopped
mix
place in bowl
1 avocado mashed placed on top
then a layer of grated cheese
serve with corn chips
its sure to be a hit

Finish of with pink cupcakes

a no fail easy recipe that you can change around  and add different flavors 

2 cups SR flour

3/4 cup castor sugar

3/4 cup milk

125 g butter melted

2 eggs

1 teasp vanilla

Mix all together place a 1/3 cup mixture in each patty pan 

Bake 12-15 minutes on 200 c

Makes the perfect cupcake each time and very easy
