Spaghetti squash

 Well Ive finally got to try spaghetti squash and I love it, its really quite amazing first I cut the squash in 1/2 long ways.
Removed the seeds {and saved} then I placed in baking tray flat side down.
 Baked for about 30 minutes or until soft
 Then run a fork through it
 Until all scraped out, its just amazing texture

The kids just added some sweet chilli sauce to it and loved it. I had garlic and butter.
Well worth giving this vegetable a try.
I will definitely be growing this again

  1. Got to admit ive never tried one either but ill take your recommendation. I know a couple of my friends have them growing so i grab on soon. Does it taste squashy? I imagine it would and so would take up the flavor of whatever you put with it. Well Done, again.

    1. Hi Lynda, I havnt eaten squash so Im unsure but its more the texture that I loved I think as it just tasted like sweet chilli noodles.

  2. I'm a fan too Sharon. I microwaved mine to cook it and had it with a tomato based sauce. I still have three on the vine and I will definitely grow more next summer. YUM.

    1. Thats a good idea I didnt think to microwave it. I had a cake in the oven thats why I popped it in. But Im definitely a big fan now
